Session are held every Saturdays at our distillery on St Michael's Hill.
Tickets are £110 for one person on one still, or £140 for two people sharing a still
The sessions start with a tutored tasting followed by recipe development guided by our distillers. Participants then distil their own full sized bottle of gin on small copper pot stills whilst enjoying the occasional G&T. Finished gin is then diluted to drinkable strength, tested and bottled for participants to taste and take home.
